Every family is unique so no Family Chapter Session will be the same. I will capture your family's story and what you want to look back on and remember from this season of life. Reminders of how they put their little arms around your neck as you held them close. The way their small hands would slide into yours and how fun they have with their siblings. Let's bottle it all up in your session!

Family Chapter Sessions are about preserving this season of life that you're in because while it doesn't always feel like it, the good old days are now. You deserve to be in the memories too and have a record of this fleeting time.
Life doesn't wait, and I know you're amazed at how fast they're growing. This is the time to document this chapter of your family's story because nothing else weighs on you like the time that got away.
Your family will be photographed in their natural element and we'll celebrate your wonderful bond and the special connection you share. After our fun-filled afternoon, you'll have an amazing time capsule filled with laughter, kisses and cuddles to cherish for a lifetime.
Let's start the conversation! I'd love to know more about you and your family. We'll discuss a suitable date, location recommendations and your vision for the session.

To confirm your spot on my calendar, a creative session deposit is required and a session agreement signed. Once your deposit is received, you'll be emailed a receipt and booking confirmation and your session is locked in. It's that easy!
3. planning time
We'll discuss what to wear and you'll have full access to the client wardrobe so you can borrow beautiful dresses that I can bring along to your session. You'll also receive a questionnaire which will help me tailor the session to your needs as well as a prep guide which explains what to expect during your session.
4. session time
Your session is finally here! You have the freedom to leave perfection behind. You're free to embrace the mess and chaos that kids inevitably bring. We'll follow their lead and they're encouraged to run, play and be themselves. There's no formal, stiff posing or constantly being instructed to smile at the camera. Gentle prompts and guidance in a comfortable environment help you to relax, and brings out deep, connected moments.
5. your photographs
Yay, the beautiful images from your session are now ready! You'll receive your online draft gallery within three days of your session. From there you can make your image selections or choose to upgrade your image collection. I'll then edit your selection and upload them to your final gallery within two weeks so you can download and treasure them forever.

You've invested time and money into your photography session so it's important to enjoy your heart-felt memories by displaying them in your home so you remember this special time of your life forever. Quality heirloom portrait albums, fine art prints and gorgeous wall art to suit every home and décor is available to order via your online gallery and conveniently delivered straight to your door.
A $100 session fee is required which covers your one hour photography experience and secures your date in my calendar. Your image collection is separate so you can choose the right one for you. We had a maternity/family photography session with Corrina from Story Lens Photography.No behaviour or question from the kids was too difficult, she took away the stress and panic that many parents can feel during a family photoshoot. If anyone remembers what finding a wedding photographer was like, finding a photographer to capture your family definitely raises the bar even higher. Because now you have young precious children involved . From the very initial contact to meeting Corrina on site , to the actual shoot day and beyond, we experienced nothing short of genuine care and passion for her craft. Corrina was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had some worries as my toddler is extremely shy in out-of-home contexts. What started with my son not being able to look Corrina in the face, ended with him holding onto her hand by the end of our session! She was able to bring out his chatty and cheeky self within minutes of our shoot. My baby was also becoming quite tired and upset by the second half of the session, but Corrina was still able to capture beautiful shots despite his unsettledness. We have had two photo sessions with Corrina - maternity and newborn. It was a really nice experience. Maternity session in a park was so lovely and relaxing, both my husband and I loved it. Corrina makes you feel really comfortable and guides you through the session which was perfect for us as we have no idea how to pose for photos. For newborn photo session Corrina came to our home to takes photos of our 2.5 week old baby daughter. She brought cute baby outfits, blankets and dresses for me to choose from. I was so unwell that day, but Corrina made the whole experience so comfortable for us.
